Returns
- We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery for unused and undamaged products.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Products purchased outside the 15-day return window.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning the product for any other reason (such as change of mind), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Exchanges
